Our signature programs; Mobilizing RVTs®, Rally the Receptionists, Dynamic Dialogue, and Building Better Leaders., are curated to build the skills of each attendees, from wherever they are at. Our expertise in education, industry experience, and curriculum development—paired with our approachable style—enables us to deliver communication coaching for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Mobilizing RVTs® 5 Day Program

This innovative, one of a kind, program is changing the landscape of veterinary medicine. Five full days of highly interactive learning and coaching designed and delivered to build communication skills, optimizing the profile and responsibilities. For RVTs only.

Dynamic Dialogue

This is about levelling UP. Two full days of concentrated betterment, refinement and study of communication skills. Limited to 12 participants to support direct, impactful coaching by industry experts in a small group setting. Building on previous knowledge, practice the skills in a safe setting and collaborate with other Communication Nerds.

Rally The Receptionists

This two day workshop for the  front line people of veterinary clinics and hospitals dives into dialogue skills making the most difficult conversations become the most rewarding ones. A special event to share ideas, best practices and connect with like minded people. Receptionists and Client Care teams ONLY.

Building Better Leaders

Good Leadership = Good Culture. Two full days of leadership training revolving around communication, connection and collaboration. Topics include;  communication plans, leading change, refining dialogue skills, managing conflict, creating and maintaining positive team culture. Leaders unite here, build confidence and collaborate with other leaders.
