Mobilizing RVTs®

A program to Inspire, Motivate and Activate

No more “under utilization”, let's talk ‘mobilize’, meaning ‘make ready for action’.

This intense, 5 day program is for RVTs that are ready for action and interested in leading vaccine and wellness appointments for dogs and cats. It’s designed to enhance and refine current skills that are already being demonstrated by active RVTs. Attendees can count on growing their communication skills, enhancing their small animal wellness knowledge, reviewing current veterinary legislation and growing their business know-how.

RVTs, this is for YOU.

RVTs, consider this:

You engage directly with clients and patients and lead appointments.

You are part of the animal’s health care team by communicating directly with the owner.

You are recognized by clients for your skills, your expertise and your commitment to their animals health and well being.

You feel good each day because you are using high end skills and bonding clients to your practice.

You have increased your skills, increased your competence which is then reflected in your confidence. And that feels empowering.

Veterinarians and Practice Leaders, this will help you! This is building a strength based team where each person is operating at their highest skill level.

Veterinarians and Practice Owners, consider this:

RVT sees all the wellness & dog/cat vaccine appointments.

They follow your protocols and recommendations.

They book follow up appointments with practice veterinarians if there is an abnormality noted that requires a doctor's attention.

They take the time to build a relationship with the client, build a positive experience for the pet and do so with skill and comfort.

YOU spend more time diagnosing, performing surgery and creating treatment protocols thus using YOUR high end skills.

When DVMs aren’t seeing the wellness appointments, they can be seeing medical cases, treating patients, spending more time writing records……

Still not convinced? Answer this question. Why are dogs and cats the ONLY species that see a doctor prior to receiving a vaccination? Not horses, cattle, sheep, goats…..or even people, for that matter!

Day 1

Dialogue skills that focus on conducting an appointment with a client & patient; from introduction, to examination, to vaccination, to follow up - all the skills needed to have a rewarding and connected conversation, with ANY client.

Day 2

Review of small animal vaccination and deworming protocols, resources to share with clients and discussion of assessment physical exams performed by the RVT.

Day 3

Review of small animal behavior and wellness nutrition and how to fold that into your wellness appointment. Knowing when to refer or support as needed.

Day 4

Putting it all together. Small group coaching where each RVT conducts a full appointment with a real client and real patient! (no actual vaccines are administered).

Day 5

Presentation and discussion from the ABVMA regarding risk and responsibility. Presentation and discussion about the business model of Mobilizing RVTs; how it will positively affect the bottom line.

Here’s how the unique program looks…
