Effective Coaching for Equine Clinicians, with communication expert, Becky Taylor. During this 1 day workshop, we will dive into basic core dialogue skills to be effective at coaching, giving useful and memorable feedback, getting people into a learning state of mind; addressing fear, anxiety & stress in students. Through effective dialogue skills, Becky will help you adjust your approach when the student gets “stuck” and teach strategies around time, group dynamics, how & when to debrief & managing the ‘beginning, middle & end’.
