RVTS let’s Dare to Dialogue about money, death and conflict
RVTs, you ROCK!
This 2 day workshop is designed for the active RVTs that are challenged by clients on the daily.
Difficult people, hard conversations, challenging work environments, we hear you!
This special workshop provides attendees with dialogue skills to manage the challenging situations and turn those difficult interactions into interesting & rewarding ones.
Do any of these sound familiar?
“We can’t pay for that…”
“Why can’t you see us today?”
“Where is the veterinarian, why can’t I talk to them?”
“What do you mean I have to wait…..”
“Wow, I had no idea this would cost that much.”
“But I did my job and rescued this animal, why don’t you guys care?”
“I am so tired, I can’t even… - this job is getting too hard.”
“I didn’t get into this profession to deal with this kind of crap.”
RVTs - we can build skills to help with all of these conversations and “Bring The Joy” back into your day!
